Logan C. Ford

Private Music Instructor - Trumpet | Violin


Formerly studying the trumpet under Professor Susan S. Messersmith at Charleston Southern University’s Horton School of Music, Ford is now continuing his undergraduate studies under Professor Todd E. Jenkins at the University of South Carolina at Aiken. In addition to the trumpet, Logan has been studying violin for over a decade, performing in various orchestras and chamber ensembles throughout his career. Ford's vision is to see every student reach their full potential, while his mission is to teach others to understand, appreciate, and love music.

Logan has served in a variety of music ministry positions as well. God has not only called him to teach music but teach His word through music. Logan formerly served as the Assistant Music Minister at Central Baptist Church in Aiken SC, and as the Minister of Music at Coastal Shores Baptist Church in North Charleston, South Carolina. He is currently serving as Interim Minister of Music at the First Baptist Church of Montmorenci, Brass Instructor with the Aiken High School Marching Band, and as a private music teacher.
